in AP do we send the full audience of users with toots? or just the special collections (private, public, etc) and mentions?
because if you have the full audience for all toots you could use that instead of follows and it would probably be pretty good?

@bea I checked code and I found AP sends URL like "https://md.ggtea.org/users/Clworld/followers" to tell "send to followers". (sad)

@Clworld if you scrape without asking some admins will probably be pissed off and block your scraper. it happened recently with someone who was scraping for research
