ActivityPubはfollowingを取得するendpointあるっぽいけどページあたりの件数は普通のフォロー一覧と同じ(12件/ページ)
It seems ActivityPub has public endpoint to get following. But account per page are same as public page (12 accounts per page).

Deliver to followers & deliver to list are almost same function. It may cost same. They both have own Redis TL for them.
